Payment Schedule – 100% due at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
House Rules:
MUST BE 25 years or older to rent-NO exceptions
We hope you love our condo as much as we do, as it is also our home.
Please be mindful to leave sand outside the condo. There is a vacuum and broom in the closet next to the front door for easy cleanup if needed.
*Please respect our Towels and Sheets.
Do not wipe Makeup with towels.
Check in/Check out:
Check IN is 4pm. Check OUT is 10am. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $75/hr. after 10am. Prior to check out, we ask you to kindly put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash, empty the refrigerator and take out garbage.
**Don’t forget to return remotes .
Parking: There is a parking garage on site.
Smoking: Our unit is a non smoking unit, including the balcony. No smoking of any type. This includes marijuana, cigarettes, vape pens or any other items. There is a $250 fee for smoking on premises.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives full refund, if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; 50% refund 14 days and; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

THIS IS A NO PARTY PLACE! If we get a complaint from the neighbors or security, you will be asked to vacate immediately without refund AND a $300 fine. No loud music or any type of noise is allowed after 10pm.
Visitors: No unregistered overnight guests allowed. Any unregistered guest will result in rental termination.
Noise: Quiet time should be observed from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M
Please be respectful of neighbors.
Candles: Candles unfortunately are a fire hazard and NOT allowed. Please use battery operated candles instead.
Laundry: Please shake sand from beach towels outside before washing. Sand is very hard on our washer.
Garbage and recycling: There is no daily housekeeping services. Garbage disposal needs to be done regularly so as to keep the condo smelling clean and bugs out. Please empty trash in the Garbage shoot past the elevators.
Patio Deck area: Please use this area responsibly. Monitor young children and toys.
Please do not hang anything over the balcony rails.
Pets: No guest pets are allowed.
Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the Guest.
